Camilla Belle vs Sara Carbonero in Gucci

Spring’s hottest trend is full-on, explosive colour and Gucci was among the boldest and brightest at their richly-coloured Spring/Summer 2011 catwalk. The collection is gorgeous, so it’s no suprise that the celebs couldn’t wait until spring to start wearing them.

Popular Spanish TV presenter Sara Carbonero looks like a sexy genie in this purple top, burnt-orange skirt, gold tasselled waist belt and matching shoes, all by Gucci, that she wore to the TP de Oro awards in Madrid back in February. A couple of weeks earlier actress Camilla Belle (Jurassic Park, 10,000 BC…) was spotted wearing the same belt, tied casually at the side for a pre-GRAMMY brunch in Hollywood. Like Sara, she went for the complete Gucci look, teaming hers with a purple top, teal trousers, burnt-orange jacket and a cute clutch.

The stunning belt will set you back a massive $990 but Monsoon is currently selling a skinny version for just £12! These celebs obviously both know that sumptuous, rich colour looks gorgeous on a tanned complexion, but is it Sara’s sexy look or Camilla’s relaxed, casual style that wins your vote?
