Tulisa Contostavlos shows pride in Vivienne Westwood
You’ve got to be gutsy to wear a Vivienne Westwood Friday Dress and think you can improve it. Tulisa has shown her ballsy side already on the X-Factor (remember her reaction to the ‘scumbag’ outburst from a already forgotten auditionee?), so there could be no-one better to wear a baroque style dress to do just that when she attended the Pride of Britian awards earlier this week. Tulisa puts her own twist on the Flemish painting inspired frock with a cute prom underskirt and YSL Tribtoo pumps.
If you fancy getting your mitts on the dress, minus the underskirt, then check it out here ($815). Not enough Bank of England printed notes for that? Then how about this printed maxi dress, which is slashed at the knee, for a friendlier £90? I have to say that I love what Tulisa has done with the dress. She has given it an edge which is attractive to the younger generation and I salute that! What do you think? Is it sacrilege to change Vivienne’s Westwood’s design and that she shouldn’t have added the underskirt? Or do you think it is exciting to see Tulisa making the dress look accessible to the younger generation? Vote now!
