Rachel Bilson vs Ashlee Simpson in Preen

Sometimes a small detail can make all the difference in a garment. This Preen dress is all about the collar. Rachel Bilson was seen wearing the Preen Resort 2012 dress back in October while leaving the NBC studios. She wore the dress with a Chanel bag and ShoeMint heels. Ashlee Simpson was recently seen in the same dress while she was out and about with her sister Jessica. Ashlee chose to wear hers under a black jacket and open toe ankle boots.
