Rebecca Hall vs Emma Roberts in Yves Saint Laurent

The ’50s trend has been absolutely massive this season. The decade that embraced curves has come back with a bang and there are some great pieces out there that accentuate the female form perfectly. Last December, we saw the theme start to seep through into the fashion world when Rebecca Hall wore this Yves Saint Laurent Resort 2012 jumpsuit to the Moet British Independent Film Awards. Pairing black heels and a black tuxedo jacket with the jumpsuit worked well for the actress. Now that spring is in full swing we’re seeing similar pieces everywhere. When Emma Roberts wore the same jumpsuit to the premiere of Manon she looked like she’d just stepped out of the Fifties. Her blonde curls, black heels and small clutch worked perfectly.
