Amy Adams vs Amanda de Cadenet in Roland Mouret

Amy Adams definitely enchanted us when she was spotted in this Roland Mouret Spring 2012 off-the-shoulder dress last November. The actress wasn’t afraid to wear the red and ivory ‘Herbert’ dress against her vibrant red locks and looked positively glowing at the LA premiere of The Muppets. Amy kept it simple and wore the dress with nude Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ heels and simple earrings.

Presenter and photographer, Amanda de Cadenet dared to wear the same dress at an InStyle event she hosted a few weeks ago. She opted for black shoes, clutch and shoulder straps. I don’t know why, but in this dress Amanda de Cadenet is more ‘Heidi the milk maid’ than sexy siren and the style of dress makes her look frumpy rather than curvaceous. I also don’t think the black accessories help her look any better. I prefer Amy Adams in the dress. It fits her like a glove and shows off her amazing figure. I reckon the nude accessories were also a good choice. But what do you think? I’d love to know…
