Elizabeth Banks vs Rose McGowan in Marc Jacobs
Even though the summer is just starting, the celebs are already wearing Fall 2012 items! Although, when I saw these two ladies in this frock, it did get me excited about what we’ll be wearing this winter. Back in May, Elizabeth Banks wore this Marc Jacobs dress on the Late Show with David Letterman. The actress wore the Fall 2012 dress with a pair of Jerome C. Rousseau “Orner” pewter sandals. Her make-up was low-key and she wore her hair up. Rose McGowan also worked Jacobs chic when she hosted the 3rd Annual amfAR Inspiration Gala in New York last week. Rose opted for Giuseppe Zanotti peep toes with her dress. Like Elizabeth, Rose went for an up-do.
Unfortunately, this dress isn’t available to us mere mortals yet. The detailing on this prom dress with sequin top (£48) could compete with the Marc Jacobs dress though.
Elizabeth Banks just beat Jada Pinkett Smith when they both wore Versace recently. I think Elizabeth will win again against Rose McGowan. I lover her sandals and swept back hair. Rose’s look is a bit too ’80s looking because of her wearing the dress off the shoulders. What do you think? Tell me below!
