Padma Lakshmi vs Alessandra Ambrosio in Zuhair Murad

This is one glamorous dress, but once again it’s a dress that two celebs have been caught wearing! Padma Lakshmi was spotted wearing this beautiful dress by Zuhair Murad at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, last month in L.A. This lacey number defines her curves giving her a perfect hourglass shape. The American cookbook author, actress and TV presenter looks oh-so-sophisticated, opting for minimal accessories and side-swept hair.

Just a few days ago, Alessandra Ambrosio was spotted wearing the exact same dress from Zuhair Murad’s Spring Couture 2012 collection at amfAR’s Inspiration Gala, also in L.A. The mixture of sweetheart neckline, horizontal and vertical black lace helps show off her toned figure and hugs her body in all the right places. Adding a more feminine touch, the Brazilian supermodel has gone with loose curls, light make-up and only accessorising with drop earrings.

Unfortunately this dress isn’t available online, but you can create a similar look with this black lace dress for only £54.99! I think that this is a beautiful dress and both ladies look lovely, but Alessandra has got my vote.
