Lady Gaga vs Elizabeth Hurley in Versace

I had to do a double take, when I came across Lady Gaga wearing the same Versace dress Elizabeth Hurley wore in 1994! I know Gaga is brave with her fashion choices, but to copy Liz who was made a household name after wearing this dress, was more than brave! Gaga, who has been criticised for putting on weight recently (although I think she needed to!) left nothing to the imagination in the cut-out, cleavage and thigh bearing safety pin dress.

Gaga was spotted in Milan in the sexy dress a few weeks ago and kept true to her eccentric fashion, pairing it with platform lace-up boots, her new brown coloured hair in a high ponytail and statement gold earrings. Liz, back in the 90’s wore the dress to the Four Weddings and a Funeral premiere with Hugh Grant, accessorising with black shoes, black clutch and gold hoop earrings.

Obviously this dress isn’t available anymore but this revealing cut out dress (£32), brings the look up to date and you can even add some gold safety pins like Gaga, and your ready to go! I’m not the biggest fan of this dress. Liz probably got away with it all those years ago, but now it looks like a tacky, trashy dress that should have only been worn once!
