Rachel McAdams VS Meliana Trump in Michael Kors

The Grecian goddess look never really seems to go out of fashion and judging by these beauties it’s not hard to see why – the look is simple, classic and yet still manages to stand out and scream “Look at me!” on the catwalk. Plus flowing drapery covers up any lumps and bumps (Danielle Lloyd chose a custom-made, Grecian-style Lipsy dress for the Royal Wedding last week to cover her baby bump), giving anyone an A-list worthy figure, although I’m guessing that these two well-toned women weren’t in much need of this added benefit!

The belted dress is by Michael Kors and was originally brought out in 2004 when J-Lo chose it for the Golden Globes. She turned so many heads that the designer couldn’t resist recreating it for his Pre-Fall 2011 collection, only with a demure high neckline this season rather than the daring plunge style from before.

Rachel wore the dress in traffic-light red in Berlin recently, whilst Meliana opted for shining white for a classy dinner out in Washington. Both went for the minimal look – Rachel wore some well-chosen gold jewellery whilst Meliana took a simple black clutch to match the black trim on the dress.
