Beyonce Knowles vs Ellen Pompeo in Isabel Marant

This Leather Isabel Marant jacket is the celeb’s ‘strolling around town’ jacket of choice, according to Beyonce Knowles and Ellen Pompeo. They’ve both been spotted out in the pink quilted jacket, from the label’s Fall 2010 collection, but the two looks couldn’t be more different. Beyonce went for chic styling (apparently, it’s the law to look tres fabulous if you want to walk around Paris with your hubby). She wore the jacket with a cream camisole and shorts and small shades. Ellen Pompeo wore her jacket over a white vest and some great, big, massive, shades.

I love Beyonce’s shorts with this jacket and the cream hues she’s wearing set off the pink perfectly, but I’m not loving the shirt collar popping out of the jacket’s round neck. What were you thinking, B?! At least Ellen’s got the neckline right, and her simple look doesn’t distract from the jacket. If you think you can pull this look off better, but can’t afford the actual  Isabel Marant jacket at £1520 (ouch!), have a look at this Pink leather biker jacket for £20.

I never thought Beyonce would be losing a fash-off, but Ellen wins for me. What do you think?
