Paris Hilton vs Katherine Heigl in Rachel Zoe

Looks like there’s no stopping Paris Hilton and Katherine Heigl as they dash around in this beautiful camel cape from Rachel Zoe’s Fall 2011 collection. Paris had places to be when she was spotted in the jacket at LAX airport last week. The heiress matched up the black trim on the jacket with the black leather trousers that she’d tucked into her suede boots. To complete her outfit, she was carrying a black quilted weekend bag. Only days later, we noticed that Katherine Heigl was stopping for petrol wrapped up in the very same cape. We’re not sure where she was off to, but in her black shorts and shades, this was one glamorous outfit for a pit stop!

Loving this cape? It seems to be sold out online, but this Buckle cape (£30) is a good alternative. Poor Paris Hilton. She’s lost recent fash-offs against Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, and I think she comes in second in this race too. Katherine Heigl’s ruffle neck may look a little dodgy with the wide collar on this coat, but she gets top marks for pairing the cape with those tiny shorts. Do you think this was a genius idea too?
