This Maria Lucia Hohan dress is super-cute! Starlets, Briana Evigan and Laura Vandervoort obviously agree with me since they’ve both been spotted in it recently. Smallville actress, Briana Evigan was all smiles when she sported this beige party dress for the Footloose premiere in October. In a smart style move, she helped bring out the black lace detail on the frock by opting for black accessories.
Only weeks before, Laura Vandervoort had worn the dress to a Comedy Central event in LA. She went for a more glamorous look with sparkly beige pumps and clutch. I’m already saving up the $470 I need to buy this Maria Lucia Hohan dress . If I can’t quite get my pennies together, I might go for this Lace trim dress which is just as gorgeous and only £38. Bargain!
So, who looks better? Whilst I like Briana’s dark accessories, her platform shoes are way too heavy for such a delicate dress and those cross-over straps are a bit distracting. The dress seems to fit Laura Vandervoort better and I just love her elegant hair and make-up. She wins for me, but who do you think wore this pretty frock best?
