Jordin Sparks vs Sofia Vergara in Mason

Remember when we pitted Jordin Sparks against Demi Lovato in this Mason dress back in August last year? Jordin won that fash-off, but can she win again? This time Sofia Vergara was caught wearing the exact same A/W 2012 dress at Delano’s pool side New Years Eve party, in Miami. Like Jordin, Sofia also opted for minimal accessories, however the actress went for a bolder look in regards to her make-up and wore her hair down.

Back in May, Jordin was spotted at the Billboard Music Awards wearing this gorgeous Mason by Michelle Mason dress. The dress is very on trend with a black leather bustier attached to a beautiful silk skirt in cobalt blue. Wearing minimal make-up and jewellery, the singer looked picture perfect, I also like the way her hair is tied back away from her face. The Mason dress is not available, but check out this Bustier Maxi Dress for a similar look (£69).

On the whole I think that the dress fits Jordin better. I love the leather bustier because it gives the overall look a bit more of an edge.  Sofia looks beautiful, but I wish that her assets were hidden more as there is a little too much going on in the top half of the dress! I only wish we could see what both ladies decided to wear on their feet. That aside,  Jordin definitely gets my vote. Do you agree?
