Ne-Yo vs Wiz Khalifa in Saint Laurent

I love it when a man knows how to dress and as these two musicians show, it’s just as easy for men to follow the latest trends – except that is, when you wear the same as another guy to the same event! Ne-Yo turned up to the Pre-Grammy Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel earlier this month looking dapper in this Saint Laurent black and white striped blazer from the S/S 2013 collection. Ne-Yo kept his look funky by adding a statement hat, shades, black shirt, leather skinnies and lace-up boots.

Rapper Wiz Khalifa, attended the same event and unfortunately decided to wear the same blazer as Ne-Yo! Wiz decided to go shirtless underneath the wet-look blazer showing off a chest full of tattoos, he also accessorised with a flat peak cap, shades, smart trousers, slip-on shoes and an overload of bling!

The Saint Laurent blazer is sold out but, try this herringbone stripe jacket (£999) for a more subtle striped look. Or, achieve a similar and much cheaper statement with this striped blazer (£79.20). Justin Timberlake’s ‘Suit & Tie’ look, is very on-trend right now, so are the monochrome stripes. It’s a hard one because although Wiz has no shirt underneath his blazer this actually suits his vibrant personality and overall look. However, Ne- Yo did the right thing by wearing a shirt and I’m loving his style! Do you agree?
