Sienna Miller vs Catherine Zeta-Jones in Emilio Pucci

Is this the worst Emilio Pucci dress you’ve seen? or, can these two stunning celebs just not pull it off? A-List celeb Sienna Miller was the first to be seen in this lace dress with fringe detailing from the Emilio Pucci Fall 2011 collection when hosting the Lancel 135 Years of French Legerete back in 2011!  The gorgeous actress made an unusual choice to pair the dress with  black opaque tights, plain black patent heels and a black clutch. On this occasion  Sienna looked rather dull to say the least, but of course she couldn’t be seen without her trademark distressed locks.

Two years later and Catherine Zeta-Jones has worn the same dowdy dress for an appearance on the Tonight show with Jay Leno, to promote her latest film Broken City.  The Welsh beauty paired the dress with some open toed heels and had her hair swept and curled to the side. Catherine looked as radiant as ever, showing off her gorgeous figure despite the ugliness of the dress!

The dress is no longer available to purchase but, this lace fringe dress (£65) would be much more flattering, especially for a night out. This is definitely my least favorite dress by Emilio Pucci, maybe because lace and and fringe just doesn’t really work for me. If  these two beauties can’t even make this dress work then there’s something wrong! Catherine styled this dress better than Sienna though, so for that reason alone my vote goes to Catherine.
