Marion Cotillard vs Princess Charlene of Monaco in Christian Dior
There seems to be a trend emerging where members of royalty are copying the styles of Hollywood actresses (check out Kate Middleton vs Angelina Jolie here). Now, Marion Cotillard and Princess Charlene of Monaco have been spotted in the same dress too. Marion appeared on the red carpet wearing a black lace Christian Dior dress and hair in a braided updo to promote her new movie Contagion. Earlier this month, Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the Princess Grace Foundation Annual Gala wearing the Christian Dior dress. Amazingly the princess was also wearing her hair up like Marion’s braided updo, though hers looked far more glamorous.

Marion Cotillard may be the face of ‘Lady Dior’ but I was disappointed in her take on the dress. I personally prefer Princess Charlene in the lace gown purely because her updo makes it look regal. You have said a couple of times that charline copied marion. However you’ve also said Charlene wore the dress first?

Sorry it’s not clear in the article. I forgot to mention that the Contagion premier took place in September. Princess Charlene was spotted at the start of November in the same dress.
