WHO WORE IT BETTER?

Martha Hunt vs Allison Williams in Valentino

By  |

Stunning supermodel Martha Hunt was recently spotted at A fool’s fete, the annual spring dinner dance’s 10th Anniversary of New Yorkers for children. Held at the Manderin Oriental, Martha wore a magnificent Edwardian gown by talented designer Valentino, who presented the dance. The dress, showing off her dreamy figure, adds a personality to Martha that not all of us might have known she had: a vintage and elegant Martha struts down the red carpet with a plaited boho up-do, rosy cheeks and subtle berry lips. She chose to keep her look simple and mysterious by choosing a little black bag as her only accessory.

Way back in November last year, Allison Williams was captured wearing the Valentino gown to IFP’s 22nd Annual Gotham Independent Film awards. Dressed head-to–toe in Valentino, her choice of black heels enhanced the gown’s black lace detailing. The dress, making the most out of Allison’s petite hourglass frame, was paired with loose dark locks. A dark smokey eye added extra intensity to the otherwise romantic ensemble.

Loving the ladies looks? Create your own with this floor length lace gown (£4,482) by Valentino himself! If you want something a little more budget-friendly, check this amazing sheer lace gown by River Island at ASOS (NOW £14.50). With that price you can’t go wrong.

Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty, shall we? My vote goes to Martha on this one. I think she has styled her whole look on being a complete Edwardian lady as even her pose screams history! But what do you think? Let me know by voting!
